Join Pastor Dave Swaim and his wife Michelle at the start of your day for a short devotional on the book of James.
Welcome to Highrock Arlington! We would love to invite you to our livestreamed Sunday service or to any of our public online gatherings. If you're new here, fill out a Connect Card, watch a few Stories to see how God is at work in our lives, and head to the Blog to learn how Highrock is responding to COVID-19. Whether you're looking for a church or a place to ask questions and connect with God, we look forward to chatting with you soon!
Sunday service at Highrock is a place to rejoice, revive, and rest. A place where messy and broken people come to encounter a loving God who desires to heal and transform. A place where we find strength in following Christ. A place where we can find hope, encouragement, and laughter.
In our family-friendly live-streamed service, we worship through songs, stories, and a message. We value relevance while adhering to centuries-old Christian traditions, and incorporate both ancient and contemporary elements in our worship.
Join in the live chat when the service begins at 10am, or catch it later on YouTube. Want to study the sermon or scripture passage later? Check out the searchable archive on our sermons page.
Have a question or comment about the service? The chat continues after the service on Zoom! Talk with the pastor who preached that day - or just listen in. All are welcome!
On Sunday mornings, we have exciting, kid-targeted programs for infants through 5th grade from 9:00-10:00am via Zoom. Although the time is split by age group, kids are welcome to join any time with their older/younger siblings.
In the summer, we offer a fun, Christ-centered program for kids called Summer Blast. This year, we'll have Summer Blast at home! Activity boxes will be sent to participants to accompany recorded and live programming so that families can join in the fun while staying safely at home.
There’s always something going on at Highrock - even when we can't meet in person! We believe being a church is more than gathering within the same four walls, so while our buildings remain closed for the time being, we continue to connect throughout the week for fellowship, study, and service to our community.
If you're looking to get connected, our Community Groups are a great place to start. These groups offer programming tailored to the diverse people who make up our church and are a great first step toward getting to know others. Small Groups form out of Community Groups, and are a chance to dive in deeper with a few others; we think of both types of groups as where we "do life" together.
Take a look at each group's page to learn more about online connection opportunities, or visit our Calendar to see what's coming up!
Another way to get plugged in is to volunteer for a Ministry. These groups offer the opportunity to get to know other Highrockers while using your time and talents to serve in our community.
If you're looking for ways to offer help to those affected by the pandemic, or to find spiritual and practical resources in your area, be sure to check out our Community Care section.
Let us know how we can be praying for you this week by emailing email@example.com.
And if you'd like to start your day with God, be sure to tune in to the daily devotional, which is available every weekday at 5:00am.
