Photo of Carolyn van Oloo
  • Early Childhood Director, Kidsrock
  • Anchor/Spiritual Guides

Bio

You won’t talk to Carolyn for long before discovering she is Canadian, either by the “eh?” that often ends her sentences or her fondness for the metric system. Carolyn completed graduate programs in children’s literature and human resources, and has worked in both the non-profit and corporate worlds. Ministry is a new gig for her as an occupation but not as a passion. She dreamed about being a missionary since the 3rd grade and had her heart set on bible college after high school.  When not in the hallways of Highrock, you can find Carolyn wrangling her three kids, outside enjoying nature, taking advantage of the many facilities at the YMCA, eating dark chocolate, or experimenting with healthy baking recipes.
