Fall Sermon Series: More Than a Meal

Sep 2, 2022

What’s the most memorable meal you’ve ever had? What made it memorable? Maybe it was the quality of the food, but chances are good that it was the experience of the meal itself. The people you were with, the occasion you were celebrating, what the conversation was about, and what was different once the meal ended. Meals matter because often there’s so much more than a meal happening! And we see this throughout the story of God and God’s people. Like in any good story, food plays a prominent role! This fall, you’re invited to pull up a seat and join us as we explore six significant meals from the Bible. Regardless of whether the meal is extravagant or ordinary, what happens around these tables has a profound impact on how we understand God, ourselves, and our purpose in God’s world!
