Examining the Narratives that Shape Us

Why do you do what you do? What determines what you spend your energy on and who you spend your time with? What are the reasons behind your frustrations with relationships, anxiety at work, or dissatisfaction with where you are? 

Chances are, there are powerful narratives that drive how you answer and act on these questions. Whether we recognize them or not, false narratives about God, the world, and ourselves, can creep in and keep us from living the kind of life that God has in mind for God’s people. 

We’ll be identifying these narratives and exploring alternatives that heal, free, and empower our community to follow Jesus more boldly. 

Why a Retreat?

Making the decision to retreat is gifting yourself with the space to engage with God and God’s people in processing our stories through spiritual and theological conversations, so that you find the rest and restoration your soul needs and the inspiration to not just think about but also take steps to grow in your faith journey. At a retreat, we get to do that together in community.

Logistics & Details

• Registration fee is $110 per person and includes two nights' lodging and five meals.
• The retreat begins 8:30pm on Friday and goes through 1:30pm Sunday afternoon.
