Kidsrock is for infants through 5th grade.
Kidsrock cares for the most important members of our church: the children. Our mission is to shepherd children in connecting to God personally, connecting to God’s people, and connecting to God’s purposes by teaching and modeling a Christ-centered life that is empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Kidsrock at Home
On Sunday mornings we provide exciting, Christ-centered, kid-targeted programming via Zoom. Using Orange curriculum, this online, interactive program is similar to what kids typically experience during Large Group when we meet in person. Although programming is targeted toward specific age groups at certain times, kids are welcome to join any time and participate with older/younger siblings. After Kidsrock at Home, we encourage all children to participate with their parents in the Highrock at Home service beginning at 10:00am.
- 9:00-9:25am: Programming for Kindergarten - 5th graders
- 9:25am: Transition song for all ages
- 9:30-9:50am: Programming for ages 2-5
Parents are encouraged to partner with us by following along with the weekly curriculum. Download the Parent Cue app to continue the conversation at home and help your child’s faith develop even more.
We also partner with parents through our Milestones program. At each of your child’s key transitions and spiritual milestones, we offer instruction in raising a Jesus-loving generation.
To Be Continued: Our Usual Programming
We look forward to returning to our usual Sunday morning programming when we can meet in person again!
Kidsrock usually meets during the 9:00am and 10:45am services.
Our Sunday gatherings include Large and Small Groups where kids can both worship across age groups and meet in smaller, more relational environments for discipleship. Groups are led by dedicated volunteers whose primary purpose is to love and nurture our children. Using the Orange curriculum, we walk through the Bible chronologically every three years and focus on helping kids make wiser choices, develop stronger relationships, and develop a deeper trust in God. Bible truths are taught in creative, fun, and developmentally appropriate ways that help children connect to one another, their leaders, and God.
We also host a variety of special children's events during the year, like Summer Blast in late June and the Children's Christmas Choir in December.
